On this Leicester project, the customer wanted decorative wall lights installed either side of their fireplace. The challenge was that there was no existing wiring in place and running new cables would have involved chasing into walls, redecorating and creating additional disruption.

To provide a cleaner solution, we installed wireless kinetic switching technology. Unlike traditional light switches, the wireless switch does not require batteries or hard wiring. The kinetic switch generates its own energy when pressed, sending a wireless signal to control the lights.

This allowed us to create the look and functionality the customer wanted without extensive rewiring, while still providing a professional and reliable installation. The finished result transformed the fireplace area and gave the customer convenient control of the new lighting from anywhere in the room.
